Our monthly ongoing membership scheme (Safety Net Package) can offer the required service to ensure that your company complies with your legal and moral duties.
The competent advisory service implemented by TSG Safety Solutions has been developed for those companies who do not have or cannot afford to pay for an in-house competent person, but want to have easy and ready access to a local safety advisor.
What are your legal duties?
Organisations with 5 or more employees are required by law to have:

• Documented arrangements for the organisation, planning, control, monitoring and review of Health and Safety Practices.
• Documented suitable and sufficient Risk Assessments for all significant hazards.
• Access to competent Occupational Health and Safety Consultancy advice.
